PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent corrosion preventive effectiveness for a long time by assembling a long size corrosion preventive material retaining member to the contact part to a body side of a weather strip main body, and forming the corrosion preventive material retaining member with a core material, core material coating layer, and skin layer composed of a specific material respectively. CONSTITUTION:In a long size corrosion preventive material retaining member 20 assembled to the part contacting the sheet metal part 21 of the body flange and sash part etc. of a weather strip main body 1, a core material 11 is sandwiched from the upper and lower side with a core material coating layer 13, and also formed to the structure surrounded with skin layers 15 and 17. And the material 11 is formed with a corrosion preventive material impregnated cloth manufactured with a corrosion preventive material is made to dissolve in a solution such as water etc. or with a liquid one intactly impregnated into a cloth, and also the layer 13 is formed with a water diffusivity material. And the layers 15 and 17 are formed with a flexible material e.g. the non woven fabric composed of a polyester fiber etc., and also at least a sheet metal contact side is formed with a water permeability structure. |
