摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent working fluid from overheat by gradually reducing the torque generated when the torque generated by an internal combustion engine is transmitted to wheels, the wheels are being braked, the vehicle speed is below the specified value and the revolution speed of the internal combustion engine is below the specified value. CONSTITUTION:The torque generated by an internal combustion engine M is transmitted to a wheel M2 via an automatic speed changing gear M4 having a hydraulic power transmission means M3. The torque generated by the internal combustion engine M1 is controlled by a torque control means M6 according to the result from the detection of an operation state detecting means M5. In this case whether the torque generated by the internal combustion engine M1 is transmitted to the wheel M2 or not, whether the wheel M2 is being braked or not, whether the vehicle speed is below the specified value or not, and whether the running speed of the internal combustion engine M1 is below the specified value or not are decided by respective decision means M7-M10. If all the results are positive and such condition is kept for the specified period or more, the torque generated by the internal combustion engine M1 is reduced by a means M11.
