PURPOSE:To provide chips of mass-production type which meet the requirements of a variety of low and high performance devices by combining a basic performance chip with one piece or a plurality of pieces of microprocessor chip. CONSTITUTION:The output port of a microprocessor chip Q30 is directly connected to the input port of a chip Q29, and also likewise the input port of the Q30 is directly connected to the output port of the Q29. In this way, data communications are performed between the basic performance chip Q29 and the microprocessor chip Q30. However, since the output port of the Q29 is concurrently connected to a driver Q31, the possibility is high that the Q31 might be activated. In order to avoid this, an external element whose working frequency is applied to a load on the Q31 at a much delayed timing is employed, considering that the load connected to the Q31 is responsive at a low speed. After this procedure, the load on the Q31 is not activated and data is delivered from the Q29 to the Q30 by employing the pulse row of a higher frequency than the above- mentioned frequency as communications data between the Q29 and Q30. |
