<p>The invention relates to an automatic dispenser for hot beverages, comprising a housing having a platform (2) on which at least one removable container (10) for dry powder may be placed, a metering screw (15), drivable by an electromotor (6) and surrounded by a tubular member (14), being provided below the lower end of the container, said screw supplying through a metering sprout (29) a predetermined quantity of powder to a reservoir (8) to which also a hot liquid is supplied, a closing means (20) being provided at the discharge end of the metering screw tube (14), said closing means being connected with a solenoid (23) connected in the starter circuit of the electromotor (6). The closing means (20) is a valve which is kept in its closed position through spring pressure (21).</p> |
