PURPOSE:To improve resistance to ozone, weather, oxidation and aq. ink by incorporating a specified polymer, a specified hydrophilic polymer, an ethylenic unsatd. compd. and a photopolymn. initiator. CONSTITUTION:A polymer (A) having 10-50wt.% chlorine content and <=5 deg.C glass transition temp., a hydrophilic polymer (B) contg. 50-50,000 equiv./10<6>g -COOM (M is H, a group I, II or III element of the periodic table, amine or ammonium), an ethylenic unsatd. compd. (C) and a photopolymn. initiator (D) are incorporated into a photosensitive resin compsn. The polymer A is preferably an essentially rubber elastic body. The pref. content of the polymer A in the compsn. is 20-80wt.%, especially 30-70wt.%, that of the polymer B is 5-50wt.%, especially 7-40wt.%, that of the compd. C is 1-50wt.% and that of the initiator D is 0.01-5wt.%. |
