<p>Flower pot or vase has a double bottom for supporting the soil over a sheet of water into which a dip tube extends from the double bottom. The tube contains soil, and water rises in it by capitallarity; it has a throttle which limits the water supply and which comprises a pref. polyethylene hood fitting against the perforated bottom of the tube, or against porous pref. polyurethane elastomer tablets pressed between the hood and the tube end.</p> |
