PURPOSE:To construct a charge prepayment system in a parking place, etc., at a low cost by giving a frequency corresponding to an amount value which has been paid in advance and updating the remaining quantity of the frequency in accordance with the consumption quantity of a limit time. CONSTITUTION:When each part of a device is started by a switch operating part 12, the remaining quantity of a frequency corresponding to an amount value which has been paid in advance and a consumption state of a limit time are displayed suitably on a display part 11. A time counting part 41 of a microcomputer 35 measures the consumption quantity of the limit time, and an arithmetic part 42 converts a result of measurement by the time counting part 41 to the frequency and calculates the remaining quantity of the frequency. A control part 43 updates the display contents of the display part 11, based on a result of measurement by the time counting part 41 and a result of operation of the arithmetic part 42. A parking place manager monitors this display contents and checks the consumption state of the limit time at a suitable time. |
