PURPOSE: To simultaneously monitor and control a plurality of supply conditions to supply a web from a supply reel by selecting a desired operation of a drive controller, and supplying a pressure corresponding to a desired tension to the web by a motor-driven type regulator. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic unit 25 having a piston 26 vertically moving in a cylinder 27 for generating a movement of a dancer roller 16 from an uppermost position to a lowermost position is provided. It is effective to regulate a signal received from a dancer detector 20. It has a drive controller 35 for giving a command to a differential pressure unit 30 and giving a drive command to a belt drive motor 12. The controller 35 enables an operator to select a mutual connection value for previously deciding a speed of the motor 12, to select a pneumatic pressure to be supplied to the unit 25 via the unit 30, and to select a different value for the paper feed belt drive motor 12 when starting various stages of preparing a printing press for printing. |
