PURPOSE:To take rapid and correct correspondence action by generating the reproducing or synthetic sound of a generated sound generated when the state of field equipment changes in a monitor room in addition to the display information of monitoring and controlling, and monitoring, and controlling with the ambience at the field by an operator. CONSTITUTION:For example, the sound generated at the time of the turning-on of a breaker or a cutoff is sound recorded or synthesized and stored beforehand in a memory in a monitor. When the monitor in the central monitoring room confirms for a (t)sec that a switch M which is the field equipment is turned on at a time t0 of a time chart during operation, the reproducing sound or the synthetic sound of a turning-on sound corresponding to the change of the state, namely, the turning-on of the switch M is generated for t1sec from the memory of the monitor and further, after t'sec, the turning-on reproducing or synthetic sound for confirmation is generated again for t1' seconds. Thus, the operator in the central monitoring and controlling room adds sound information to picture display information and performs operating work in the ambience similar to field and therefore, his tension is increased and he takes the rapid and correct action. |
