<p>PURPOSE:To control the position of a plotter by freely attachably and detachably sticking the input pen of a digitizer to a penholder set to the plotter. CONSTITUTION:A control box 2 electrically connected to a host computer is attached to a digitizer 1 in which plural electrode lines are arranged in X and Y directions. A plotter 3 is provided with driving wheels 7 and 8 with which the plotter is freely moved on the digitizer 1, motors 10 and 11 for these wheels, a guide ball 9, and a penholder 13 of a ball-point pen type stylus pen 12. The control box 2 is provided with a changeover switch 16 which sends the signal from the digitizer 1 to the host. With respect to a plotting mechanism, the digitizer 1 and a control circuit are connected to set the changeover switch 16, and the digitizer 1 and the host computer are connected by the end of plotting operation, and it can be used as a coordinate input device.</p> |
