PURPOSE:To make it possible to assemble a segment precisely and speedily by placing a main beam plate and a joint plate on a skin plate held on a skin plate support means and welding a joining section after holding its position correctly. CONSTITUTION:A skin plate (b) is held on a skin plate mounting means 8 constituted so that a recessed section between both fixed side plates 1 and 1 is along the curved surface of the skin plate (b). After that, a main beam plate (d) is brought into contact with opposite insides of the fixed side plates 1 and 1, and it is maintained in a correct mounting position against the skin plate (b) by means of a main beam mounting means 3. Then, joint plates (c) and (c) are maintained by joint plates mounting means loaded on fixed frame plates 14 and 14, and rotating plates 17 and 17 rotate inward to set correctly mounting positions of the joint plates (c) and (c). A joining section of the skin plate (b), the main beam plate (d) and the joint plates (c) and (c) is welded to form a segment (a). |
