PURPOSE:To improve air-tightness and to facilitate sealing release by thermally melt-sticking a seal for toner sealing film and cutting the melt-sticked part of the seal by means of a shear slide board. CONSTITUTION:Since the seal shear slide board 5 is inserted into the toner box 1 of the EP cartridge and a toner sealing film 4 is melt-sticked, not press- bonded, by the melt-sticked part 7, the air-tightness of the cartridge 1 is improved. When the slide board 5 outside a developing device box 2 is moved in the direction opposite to a tensile direction B after the box 1 and the developing device box 2 are welded with ultrasonic wave, the melt-sticked part of the seal 4 is cut and sealing release is readily performed. When the seal 4 is stretched in the direction B, the toner in the box 1 is supplied to the box 2. |
