A mechanism designed to isolate a rectilinear kinetic energy independently of an outside medium consists of two supports (1a), one of which holds the axis if a bar, a main axis of rotation (4), and one or more rails (5). The rails are fixed to the axis (4) and carry a series of balance weights (8) which are able to slide along the rails, the ends of which are placed to reinforcing bands (6). The movement of the balance weights is not homogeneous, and the difference in their kinetic energies between one half-turn and the next is transformed into a rectilinear kinetic energy by the action-reaction principle. ADVANTAGE - Increased power output.
