PURPOSE:To stabilize the entanglement of fiber, and to prevent leaning of silicon oil caused by a stored state, by winding the oil impregnated polyester paper which immerses silicon oil in its inside, like a roll, and using it as a cleaning roll. CONSTITUTION:Polyester paper 102 in a silicon oil tank 105 is dipped in a state that silicon oil 106 is pushed into a gap of its polyester paper fibers from both its faces, is adjusted to 80mu in thickness, is made to pass through adjusting roll 115, said oil is coated uniformly and evenly, and simultaneously, the paper is pushed into the mesh. Furthermore, the polyester paper 102 is led into the tank 105 again, the silicon oil 106 is coated onto both its faces and ascends, surplus silicon oil is removed by a guide roll 116, simultaneously the shortage of the oil is replenished, and oil impregnated polyester paper 119 having a uniform silicon oil layer 117 and a dipping layer 118 is dried by a drying part 121, is wound round a shaft 122 and becomes a cleaning roll. |
