PURPOSE:To make a rope stretched easily within a tubular pass wherein a liquid is flowing by connecting the rope to a float of nearly the same specific gravity as that of the flowing liquid and by putting the float into the liquid pass from the upstream end of a range through which the rope is to be stretched. CONSTITUTION:After an end part of a rope 3 is connected to the main body 9 of a float 1, the float 1 is hung with an electromagnet 19 and put into a liquid through a shaft 5. The float 1 is sunk into the liquid under a dead load of the electromagnet 19 and moved within a liquid pass 2 by the liquid flowing in a direction 4. Upon the entrance of the float 1 into the liquid pass 2, when the electromagnet 19 is demagnetized, the float 1 begins to flow together with the liquid in the pass 2 and the rope 3 is inserted as the float 1 is moving forward. The float 1 moves within the liquid pass 2 while pulling the rope 3. When the float 1 approaches nearby a shaft 6, a control signal is emitted so as to inflate a bag 16. |
