A magazine 10 has a rack 46 to align film reel cartridges 62 one at a time at a projection location, the cartridges 62 being individually removable from chambers 26 of the magazine 10 and being retained therein by a comb spring 34 engaging lugs 106 on the cartridges. Each cartridge comprises separable side sections 64, 66; the latter having an integral reel spindle 70, Fig.2 (not shown) and the former having an aperture (96) in its base for film to pass into the projector and splines (102, 104) to locate grooves 22, 24 in walls 20 of the chambers 26. |
