PURPOSE: To enable not only to determine and optimum position of a light source but also to measure the intensity of light while irradiation by introducing an insertion member having a mandrel and capillary into a cannula and transferring and fixing the light source at a position whereat each of the light detectors receives the same amount of light by introducing a light detector being installed on an edge of a photoconductor into microtubules. CONSTITUTION: When an apparatus is, for example, introduced into a urinary bladder neck of a patient, a mandrel 16 is constituted to allow hinge member 15 to reach the urinary bladder wall. All the operations are conducted under monitoring. Microtubules 12, 13 and 14 expand outwardly when they are taken out from tubules 7, 8 and 9 and are guided along with the wall and, when the microtubulses are arranged to be positioned with the certain intervals each other, a canula 1 is fixed. An optical fiber photoconductor and a light detector connected thereto are arranged on a projecting part of the microtubules 12, 13 and 14. A light dispersing ball 26 disposed at an end of a photoconductor 25 is a light source lighting the wall inside a celom. |
