PURPOSE:To improve circumstances in an office by generating an aromatic in an atomizing condition near the running route of the original or the recording paper of a business machine which copies the original or records exchanging data, and generating an aroma from the original and the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:An atomizer 15 is provided near the running route of an original 5 in a transmitting machine 1 as an aromatic generating means. A solenoid 16 is driven for a fixed time, and the aromatic material is atomized to the original 5. An atomizer 17 provided near a recording paper 13 of a receiving machine 12 continuously connected by a communication line 9 is driven for the fixed time by a solenoid 18, and the aromatic material is atomized to the recording paper 13. The original 5 or the recording paper 13 containing the aroma is accumulated on a stacker or on 14, and the aroma is in the air around it. Thus, the working circumstances of the office can be improved. |
