Mandrel honing tool

A description is given of a mandrel honing tool in which the conical cutting zone (4) is, at least over that half of its longitudinal extent facing the clamping end, directly supported on the expanding element (9) and thus rigidly constructed. Furthermore, the slots (6, 7) extend over that half of the conical cutting zone (4) which faces the clamping end, and that adjoining region of the further cylindrical zone (5), into which region a supporting (4') of the conical cutting zone (4) takes place. <IMAGE>
