PURPOSE:To reduce operator's work by reading original images by means of a reading means, recognizing original page number based on the images read by means of a recognizing means and ejecting image-formed transferred materials onto a tray corresponding to the page number of a sorter means in response to the page number recognized by means of a control means. CONSTITUTION:Original images are read by the reader 29 prior to original image-formation. The page number is recognized based on the read original images. The sorter device 30 is driven in response to the page number, and sheets on which original images are formed are ejected onto a sheet ejecting tray 31 corresponding to the page number. Therefore, even when the page numbers of originals set in the worktable 1b of an automatic original feeding device 1a are disturbed, copied sheets are automatically rearranged in order of page. Therefore, rearrangement by an operator becomes unnecessary, and the operator's work can be reduced. |
