PURPOSE:To enable the simultaneously connection of a captioned consent to a telephone wire and a coaxial cable by juxtaposing, on the front face of a case, a receiving side connector capable of connecting an inserting side connector for connecting the coaxial cable thereinto and a modular jack capable of connecting a telephone modular plug. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of a cover 20 are formed an inserting hole 23 capable of inserting a modular plug thereinto and a receiving side connector A capable of connecting an inserting side connector for a coaxial cable, respectively. The connector A is formed, in such a shape that a cylindrical projecting base 25 is projected on the center of a recess 24 engraved on the upper surface of the cover 20. An outside conductor 26 is arranged along the periphery of the projecting base 25 while a cylindrical inside conductor 27 is disposed along the inner circumference thereof. The insertion of the modular plug into the inserting hole 23 results in the connection of the contact of the modular plug to a contact spring 16b. The contact spring 16b is connected to a terminal 15 through a lead piece 16a so that the connection of a telephone wire to the terminal 15 enables the connection of the modular plug to the telephone wire.
