PURPOSE:To improve maneuverability, by a method wherein an operation of a seat lock releasing lever actuates a lock-off mechanism to act so that a seat is turned by the bounce of a spring and a hand can be released from a lever even directly after the operation of a seat lock releasing lever. CONSTITUTION:A lock plate 3 is connected with a lock hole 4 of a frame (a) through bounce of a spring 2, a seat is secured and a connector 57 is energized in a turning direction of a seat by a spring 51. Then, if a lock is released by a lever 1a, the lock plate 3 is descended and the connection with the lock hole 4 is released. The seat frame (a), therefore, is turned by the connector 57 through energized force of the spring 51. Poistions, therefore, of the lock plate 3 and the lock hole 4 do not coincide with each other and relocking is not made. At the time of turning of 180 deg., the lock plate 3 is connected with the other lock hole 4' and locked at a turning position. With this constitution, together with a release of the lock both hands can be used and maneuverability is improved. |
