A method for prepare slices of dried alaskan pollack is presented. Thus, 80 parts of Alaskan pollack was seasoned with 4.5 parts sucrose, 11 parts D-sorbitol, 1.5 parts M.S.G., and 3 parts edible salt, dried 24 hr, and passed through a roller (speed=14-15 rpm; pressure=3-7 kg/cm2) to give a final product. |
