<p>PURPOSE:To improve machining efficiency and machining accuracy by providing two manipulators while providing a blast removing device for removing chips deposited on a chuck during the time from the removal of a machined workpiece till the fixing of an unmachined workpiece. CONSTITUTION:By using two manipulators 50, 51, the removal of a machined workpiece 20 from a chuck 11 and the fixing of an unmachined workpiece 20 to the chuck 11 can be carried out without need for reciprocating to a work table 30. Also, since the removal of chips, etc., deposited on the chuck 11 is carried out by means of a blast removing device 60 prior to fixing the unmachined workpiece 20 to the chuck 11, there is no fear of causing the shifting of center, etc., of the unmachined workpiece 20 at the time of holding the unmachined workpiece 20 in the chuck 11. Hence, operation efficiency is extremely favorable while improving machining accuracy.</p> |
