<p>PURPOSE:To increase the weather resistance and light resistance and to decrease the decolorization and fading by forming one layer or more of plural colored layers on a transparent substrate by a layer which has been dyed by a phthalocyanine compound dyestuff. CONSTITUTION:One layer or more of plural colored layers are formed by a layer which has been dyed by a phthalocyanine compound dyestuff which scarcely causes discoloration and decomposition. When it has been provided not only on a color filter on a transparent substrate but also on a light photodetector, the same effect is obtained, and especially, in case of green, it has a light shielding property against a long wavelength side, therefore, such an effect can be expected. In such a way, light resistance, heat resistance and water resistance are obtained, and also, when it is used for green, a satisfactory curve is obtained as a spectral curve characteristic. In this regard, in the constitution of forming the color filter on the light photodetector, as well, the same effect is obtained.</p> |
