The method of preparing a fried seasoning peanut comprises: (a) putting the shell-free peanut in a sugar solution and heating at 90≦̸C for 20 min, (b) steaming the peanut for 20 min and cooling, (c) frying the steamed peanut in an edible oil for 15 min and cooling, (d) adding a seasoning material to the fried peanut.
