<p>PURPOSE:To always monitor an adhesive tape during an automatic operation and enable noncontact detection of the improper cutting thereof by installing a photo-sensor at a right angle to an adhesive tape within a range from an adhesive-tape sticking roller on the lower portion of a lifter to an adhesive-tape cutting position. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the abnormal condition of the failure of cutting an adhesive tape 1 by a cutter, a light beam 10 from a photo-sensor 9 strikes at a right angle against the remaining adhesive tape 1 accompanying the lifting up of a lifter 8 and the reflected light returns to the photo-sensor 9. Thereby, the improper cutting of the adhesive tape 1 can be detected. A device is temporarily stopped due to the output of this photo-sensor 9. As a result, the occurrence of accident can be prevented.</p> |
