Bei einer Gleichrichterlagereinrichtung für (Drehstrom)-Generatoren, die insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, Busse u.dgl. bestimmt ist, wird vorgeschlagen, die die Gleichrichterdioden tragenden Kühlplatten (10, 12) der Kreisform des Generators folgend in ihrer Fläche sich einem Vollkreis annähernd mit segmentartigem Ausschnitt für die Bürstenlagerung auszubilden und jeden der Kühlkörper axial im Abstand, jedoch gleichachsig mit zwischen den beiden Kühlkörpern angeordneter Leiterplatte (11) für die Herstellung der elektrischen Anschlussverbindungen zu den Diodenkopfdrähten und den Ständerdrähten (26) auszubilden. Dabei erstrecken sich in vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung von der Leiterplatte köcherartige Führungen nach unten bis angrenzend zu den Ständerphasenwicklungen und übernehmen dort die zur Leiterplatte hochgeführten Ständerdrähte in isolierter Durchführung durch die zugewandten Drehstromgeneratorgehäuseteile und Kühlkörperbereiche. Abstract In a rectifier bearing device for (three-phase current) generators, in particular for cars, buses or similar, the surface of the cooling plates (10, 12) on which the rectifier diodes are mounted is approximately a full circle following the circular shape of the generator with a segment-like recess for the brush bearing, and each of the cooling plates is axially interspaced from, but coaxial with, a printed circuit board (11) arranged between the two cooling plates for making the electrical connections with the diode head leads and the stator leads (26). In advantageous embodiments, quiver-like guides extend downward from the printed circuit board to the stator phase windings and guide the stator leads to the printed circuit board in an insulated manner through the adjacent parts of the three-phase current generator housing and cooling plate regions. |
