When the engine (E) is started, oil pumps (P, P', P") which connect with a driving shaft (S) operate the same time. When the load of the engine exceeds the load of oil pumps, the engine connects with the oil pumps to give the effects of decreasing overload of the first starting of the engine. Thus, the overheating of the driving motor is prevented, and starting of the engine becomes smooth.
