CONSTITUTION:The objective inhibitor containing human blood coagulation XIII factor widely usable as a remedy for wound treatment disorder, etc., as an active ingredient. The XIII factor is properly administered by injection, can be microcapsuled, parenterally administered by planting method, orally administered as solution, tablet, etc., and as suppository. About 50-100 units are daily administered to immature babies having a high risk of intracranial hemorrhage until the risk of the patient is eliminated (usually about 3 days).
