PURPOSE:To reduce the number of steps for the manufacture, by molding integrally two casing parts, placing an insulation between the casing parts, and then separating the casing parts from each other. CONSTITUTION:A body section 34 of a shaft casing member 18 and a bearing supporting wall section 36 are molded integrally by die casting such a way that a groove 88 in which the insulation 38 is placed and a crosslinking section 92 for integrally connecting the body section 34 and the bearing supporting wall section 36 are formed. After finishing the size of the bearing mating surface and the filling surface, and insulation material is sealed into the groove 88 to form the insulation 38. Thereafter the crosslinking section 92 is ground off so that the body section 34 and the bearing supporting wall section 36 are separated from each other. |
