PURPOSE:To detect a fault of an MCA base station without disturbing a call of a mobile station during operation by using a monitor so as to always monitor the operating state of a C-channel and raising a call from a pseudo mobile station in the non-operation of the C-ch. CONSTITUTION:A monitor 1 monitors the state of traffic of the C-ch9 by a pseudo mobile station 8. When the C-ch9 is not used for a prescribed time, the monitor 1 makes a call from the pseudo mobile station 8. In this case, when a transmitter-receiver 6a1 is operated normally, a call signal is received by the transmitter-receiver 6a1 of the C-ch via the C-ch9 and reaches to the line controller 5. Then the line controller 5 seeks an idle ch and allows the transmitter-receiver 6a1 to send a ch designation signal of the idle ch to be sough. If the ch designation signal is not received after the call by the pseudo mobile station 8, the monitor 1 judges it to be fault by the transmitter-receiver 6a1 and sends the information of fault occurrence of the transmission-receiver 6a1 of the C-ch9 to the line controller via a MODEM 2 and a private line 3 and a MODEM 2. |
