<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the laminate of a metal sheet and the film for laminate having no wrinkles on its surface by a method in which the thermoplastic film for laminate is stuck and laminated onto the surface of the metal sheet, and the obtained laminate is heated at a prescribed temperature, whereby the wrinkles generated on the film for laminate is removed. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is applied onto the upper surface of each steel sheet 1 supplied to the starting end 3a on a conveyer 3 by a coating equipment. The soft vinyl chloride film 2 let out from a winding shaft 4 is cut into a prescribed dimension by a cutter 8, and placed on the upper surface of each steel sheet 1. The soft vinyl chloride film 2 is press bonded onto the steel sheet 1 by passing it between laminating rollers 5. Wrinkles are generated on the layer of the soft vinyl chloride film 2 of a laminated sheet 7 in some cases. In order to remove the generated wrinkles, the laminate 7 is sent into the heating furnace 6 heated at a prescribed temperature and is heat-treated by passing it through the furnace for a prescribed time. Then, a prescribed temperature and a prescribed time are 150-250 deg.C and 2-5min. respectively.</p> |
