摘要 PURPOSE:To readily obtain a superconducting material comprising an unmixable alloy base by sticking a compounded material comprising an unmixable alloy base to a substrate by discharge explosion and oxidizing a formed alloy. CONSTITUTION:A compound material comprising an unmixable alloy component is stuck to a substrate by discharge explosion and a formed alloy is oxidized to give a superconductor. LnBa2Cu3 alloy or LnBa2Cu4 alloy (Ln is one or more of rare earth element including Y) may be cited as the representative unmixable alloy and a compound shown by the formula (x=0-0.5) wherein Y is used as Ln, an oxide of the alloy, is the representative superconductor. The compounded material used is preferably one consisting of constituent elements of the unmixable alloy, one consisting of an alloy of two or more constituent elements and one constituent element or one consisting of two or more alloys of two ore more constituent elements. The compounded material is preferably a material having at least one sheetlike component and most preferably a sheetlike material containing two or more layers.
