PURPOSE:To assemble a core in a short time and to eliminate deviation by forming and fixing core pieces in a block-shape, then carrying it to a fixed position by a slider, and assembling the core by inserting it sliding from the slider. CONSTITUTION:Outer leg core pieces 7c' which are laminated deviating each other and fixed are placed on an upper face of a core pallet 21. Then a slider 100 of which sliding surface has a small friction coefficient is placed thereon and a slider pallet 102 is further placed thereon. Then it is fastened not to deviate when the core pieces are inversed. After it is rotated by 180 deg. up and down, the core pallet 21 is removed. The pallet 102 is then hung and placed on the upper surface of a core insertion base 22. The height of a sliding surface 102 and the upper surface of a lower spacer 6 are made uniform by an adjusting device of the base 22. The slider 100 and a wire rope 23 are interlocked by a fastening jig 101, pulled by the rope 23, and moved until the core pieces 7c reach a core stopper 23. While the core pieces 7c stop, the slider 100 is pulled, slided, and recovered. The core pieces 7c thus stop while the slider 100 is pulled to slide and then recovered. |
