PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition that can develop high strength even at extremely low temperature without special curing, by comprising a calcium aluminate powder, a gypsum powder and a lime powder in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:The subject composition is composed of (A) 70-25pts.wt. of a calcium aluminate powder which is obtained by calcining or fusing alumina and lime and selected from (CaO)3.Al2O3, (CaO)12.(Al2O3)7, CaO.Al2O3, CaO.(Al2O3)2 and (CaO)11.(Al2O3)7.CaF2, which has a Blain value over 3,000cm<2>/g, (B) 30-75pts.wt. of a gypsum powder which has a Blain value over 3,000cm<2>/g, and is selected from anhydrous gypsum II showing no hydraulic property by itself such as commercially available gypsum or desulfurization gypsum, gypsum dihydrate, semicurable gypsum hemihydrate, and anhydrous gypsum II and 0.5-10pts.wt. of a lime powder which has a Blain value over 3,000cm<2>/g and selected from slaked lime and quicklime, and, when needed, blended with a hydration retarder, a hydration accelerator and a dispersant. |
