CULTURED SESAME CELL AND CELL CONTAINING ANTIOXIDATION SUBSTANCE

PURPOSE:To obtain the above cell having heat-resistance and capable of performing planned industrial supply of a large amount of an antioxidation material existing in a sesame cell, by carrying out the acclimatization of the cell of grown sesame at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:The objective cell is produced by the acclimatization culture of the cell of grown sesame at a high temperature (e.g. 33-36 deg.C). The antioxidation substance is produced preferably by the high-temperature culture of said cell in a medium.
