PURPOSE:To make the reel driving disc needless with a simple constitution to make the device thin and low-cost, by rotating the reel flange and the hub in one body through the notch part of the cassette where the reel hub with the reel flange is incorporated. CONSTITUTION:Disc 60 having gear part 58 and driving pulley 56 are formed in one body and are fitted to shaft 54 of substrate 52 freely rotatavely. In magnetic tape cassette 50, reel flanges 83 and 84 and reel hub 82 are formed in one body and are fitted to shaft 78 freely rotatavely. Gear part 86 is formed on flange 84 and gears into gear part 58 through notch part 88 of cassette 50. In this constitution, rotation of motor 68 is transferred to reel hub 82 through disc 60 to take up magnetic tape 80. As a result, the reel driving disc is needless, so that thickness H of the device becomes small to make the cost low. |
