PURPOSE:To attain a high speed processing at a low cost and to surely secure data at the time of the emergency, etc., by having plural memory elements, shifting successively them to the memory element to connect the stored data and holding the stored data in the non-stationary condition. CONSTITUTION:A storing means 5 to arrange plural memory elements 7 is provided and the data stored in the memory elements 7 are successively shifted to the memory elements 7 succeeding to the memory elements 7. Namely, when data are inputted to the memory means 5, they are shifted to the successively succeeding memory elements 7 and by repeating such a shifting action, the new data are stored successively to respective memory elements 7. In the non- stationary condition at the time of the emergency, etc., a holding means (non- volatile storing part) is operated, and the data stored in the memory means 5 are surely held. Thus, by a simple constitution, a large quantity of data concerning the travelling of a vehicle can be easily and rapidly stored and even at the time of the non-stationary condition, the data can be surely held. |
