PURPOSE:To stabilize rotation and stirring of a pickling paste and obtain excellent pickles by placing a pickling container having meshing recessed and protruding parts on the outer periphery on a specific stirring driving unit similarly having meshing recessed and protruding parts and stirring the pickling paste. CONSTITUTION:Pickling materials and pickling paste are placed from an opening of a pickling container (C) and an opening is closed with a cap 4. The pickling container (C) is then placed on a stirring driving unit (U). In a state of meshing recessed and protruding parts 101 formed on the outer periphery of the container (C) meshed with meshing recessed and protruding parts 301 of a driving roller (A), the container (C) is placed on the driving roller (A) and a guide roller (B). A timer knob 61 of the driving unit (U) is turned according to a required stirring time in this state to stir the pickling paste and stabilize the rotation and stirring of the pickling paste. Thereby, pickles having excellent quality are obtained. |
