<p>PURPOSE:To easily connect a fetching circuit so as to make even a material having no heat resisting property usable by forming a homogeneous transparent conductive film on a transparent substrate and piling up a flexible printed circuit board on which the fetching circuit is formed on a base material in a state where the base material is faced to the transparent conductive film, and then performing wiring. CONSTITUTION:A transparent conductive file 2 of SnO2, ITO film, etc., showing a homogeneous resistance value is formed on a glass plate which is a transparent base plate 1. In order to connect the fetching circuits 5 of a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) 3 with the transparent conductive film 2 on the base plate 1, through holes are formed through the base material 4 of the FPC 3 and circuits 5 and the FPC 3 is piled up on the transparent base plate 1 in a state where the connecting terminals 7 of the circuits 5 and the base plate 4 of the FPC 3 can face each other. Therefore, the connection of the fetching circuits becomes easier and even a material having no heat resisting property can be used.</p> |
