<p>PURPOSE:To reduce delay time of the main switch to the minimum by a simple circuit constitution so as to attain high speed operation by a method wherein a photocoupler for ON operation and OFF operation is provided, a small power supply circuit consisting of rectifying diodes and a capacitor and for storing electric power generated by a light-receiving element of each coupler is provided in order to rapidly drive a gate of the main switch by small power supply of this small power supply circuit at the time of ON/OFF operation. CONSTITUTION:A high speed photosemiconductor relay 32 is constituted of a photocoupler 38 composed of two sets of luminous elements 381, 383 and light-receiving elements 382, 384 respectively, a small power supply circuit 42 composed of rectifying diodes 421, 422 and a capacitor 423, a microsignal amplifier 44 composed of two transistors 441, 442, a main switch 46 composed of a MOSFET and a discharge circuit 40 composed of a transistor 401 for discharge for quickly lowering the voltage of an ON signal as occasion demands and its base resistor 402. At the time of change-over of an input switch 302, a speed-upped increased input current iF flows in an instant, while being able to make the main switch 46 to quickly perform ON operation.</p> |
