PURPOSE:To simply execute the tight welding of a pair of resin molded pieces defining a core member by forming a pair of welding ribs on the internal faces of the resin molded pieces at the positions opposing to each other and also forming both a projection and a recess which are to be engaged with each other, on the welding end faces. CONSTITUTION:A sun visor 10 consists of both a core member 11 having a pair of half-shell-shape resin molded pieces 11a and 11b engaged with each other and a cover member 12 with which the external surface of the core member 11 is covered. In case of this sun visor resin molded pieces 11a and 11b have welding ribs 13 and 14 formed on the internal faces of said pieces at the positions opposing to each other, respectively. Of the welding ribs 13 and 14, the ribs 13 has a projection 15 on one end face 13a thereof and the ribs 14 has a recess 16 on the opposing end face 14a thereof. A metal wire 17 is stored inside the recess 16, the projection 15 is inserted therein and the electromagnetic induction is then executed with the specified pressure to the welding ribs 13 and 14 to weld them with each other. |
