PURPOSE:To make a computer system utilizable in set operating circumstances by a person which is not a registered user when he inputs registered group identification by making the index managing the resource utilizing right of the computer system settable at every group to which user belong. CONSTITUTION:A user managing file 1 is caused to hold group information 12 in addition to user information 11 so that indexes 9 for checking the operating circumstances set in a computer system and resource utilizing right of the computer system can be set in corresponding to each registered group. Therefore, the resource utilizing right given to a registered group becomes effective to a person when he belongs to the group, even if he is not a registered user of the computer system. Therefore, even a person who is not a registered user of the computer system can utilize the computer system in the operating circumstances designated to a registered group when he belongs to the registered group and it is not required by the user belonging to a registered group to make user registration. |
