PURPOSE:To reduce the burden and improve the efficiency of program changing works and, at the same time, to reduce the occurrence of errors in and improve the reliability of programs by creating one program in which procedures which are respectively executed for different usages only are included. CONSTITUTION:A program creating device 1 is constituted of a program input section 2, buffer memory section 3, control section 4, operating section 5, and program output section 6. The device 1 creates a program as one program by putting procedures for a computer B in the notes of the program for another computer A. When this program is executed by the computer A, the procedures for the computer B do not give any influences to the operation of the computer A, since the procedures are included in the notes. Therefore, the efficiency of program changing works can be improved and occurrence of errors can be reduced. Moreover, the reliability of programs can be improved.
