PURPOSE:To improve conveyability of a recycled toner and durability and to economically obtain many good images by a toner recycling system by using a developer comprising a toner containing a specified polyester as a binder resin. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic latent image formed on a latent image carrying body is developed with the developer comprising the toner containing as the binder resin the polyester obtained by polycondensing a trivalent or higher valent monomer 1, aromatic dicarboxylic acid 2 and an aliphatic diol 3, thus permitting the obtained toner particles to be alleviated in mechanical stress, effectively prevented from breakage, improved in attaching of inorganic particles to the surfaces of the toner particles and in adhesiveness to a releasing agent, and enhanced in triboelectrifiability of the toner and durability at the time of recycling, and consequently, good images to be economically formed in many times by using the recycling system. |
