PURPOSE:To prevent an accident that important information in an information recording medium is erroneously erased by saving fixed information in the information recording medium beforehand, and prohibiting the re-recording to a recording medium after the information processing when it is changed. CONSTITUTION:Fixed information 40 recorded to an information recording medium 20 while erasing is prohibited is saved to a memory 33 for saving before the information processing and it is confirmed whether or not the fixed information 40 is rewritten in data 41 after the processing which are re-recorded at the information recording medium 20. When the fixed information 40 is not changed, the re-recording is executed as it is and when the information is changed, the processing is re-executed. Thus, out of the information recorded at the information recording medium 20, the fixed information 40 to prohibit the erasing is effectively protected and the suitable processing can be executed. |
