PURPOSE:To easily and certainly settle business trip allowance without using any settling form by using a business trip allowance settling device provided with a storing section, inputting section storage controlling section, transfer connecting section and transfer controlling section. CONSTITUTION:When data are inputted from the business trip allowance inputting sections 2-3 of a business trip allowance settling device 1, the data are given to a business trip allowance data processing means 20 through a transfer connecting section 6 after the data are stored in a storing section as business trip allowance data. The means 20 (personal computer) outputs a business trip allowance transferring command signal corresponding to the data and a transferring means (large-scale computer) performs business trip allowance transferring operations in response to the command signal. Therefore, when a person makes appropriate inputs to the settling device 1 while he is on a business trip, his business trip allowance can be settled when he submits a report after coming back from the business trip. Thus business trip allowance can be settles easily and quickly without using any settling form. |
