<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the wastefulness of a corrugated cardboard sheet, by providing two or more common rotary shafts each provided with scorer heads of different type and a common rotary shaft provided with one or more slitter head above and below the corrugated cardboard sheet and separating the unnecessary slitter head and scorer head from the corrugated cardboard sheet. CONSTITUTION:Scorer heads 2a, 2b of the same type are not arranged to one of pulley shafts 13, 13a-13c and a certain rule is drawn by the B-type scorer head 26 provided to the pulley shaft 13a and the rule of the same type is drawn next by the B-type scorer head 2b provided to the pulley shaft 13b to make it possible to entirely freely set the interval between both rules. Now, in manufacturing a corrugated cardboard sheet having a different standard, an air cylinder 18 is operated to instantaneously raise the slitter head or scorer head becoming unnecessary. By this method, the corrugated cardboard sheet passing wastefully can be made none.</p> |
