<p>PURPOSE:To aim at improvement of taking-out operation effectiveness by dividing a shelf case into two groups of an upper and a lower stage, taking out an article in the group of the cases of the lower stage manually, taking out a vacant case and moving a filled case in the group of the case of the upper stage to a vacant shelf. CONSTITUTION:A shelf device is divided into two groups of an upper and 1 lower stage by a horizontal virtual line X, a taking-out station 23 for taking out an article in an article housing case 12 is provided at the left side of the case group of a lower stage and a case transfer device 24 is provided for one case shelf 8 of the shelf device 2. An article is taken out manually by the transfer device 24 to the station 23 from the case group of the lower stage. A vacant case is withdrawn on a holding table 18 by the transfer device 24, when an article is not taken out, and is transferred to a conveyer 21, and a case housing a correspond article is removed to the vacant shelf 8 from the case group of the upper stage. Thus, operation effectiveness can be improved.</p> |
